Accountant II

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Accountant II is responsible for assisting in month end closing, assigned journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis.  Also participates in and supports month end financial reporting, internal and external audits and accounting in ad hoc projects. This position will also help training and developing the accounting team.
The Accountant II will assist in analyze financial statements and account reconciliations to anticipate issues, questions and potential problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for assigned areas in the general ledger including accounting entries, account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports for management - including various department requests
  • Responsible for assisting in the preparing and coordinating intercompany reconciliations
  • Supports reporting and analysis of monthly and quarterly results

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years experience in general ledger Accounting

Cash Application Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Cash Application Representative  is responsible for providing financial, administrative and data entry services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. This department is responsible for a high volume of general ledger accounts reconciliation and filing of remittances. This position will be responsible for applying checks remittances and other forms of customer payments such as ACH and credit cards to customer invoices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform account reconciliation work and assist with identifying daily cash receipts
  • Apply cash receipts to open invoices on customer accounts
  • Enter checks and various adjustments into the computer system
  • Balance checks to system input and post daily
  • Responsibilities include preparing bank deposits and check endorsing
  • Responsible for returned checks
  • Research credit and collections inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as required, i.e., special projects, reconciliation, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Must have ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • 10 key by touch skills

Developer - Programmer Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

The IT Developer/ Programmer Analyst is responsible for configuring the core application product for installation, including writing code to complete configuration(s) and provide support and training for existing/ new clients both remotely and at client's location.  The programmers utilize Visual Basic, C#, and SAX basic to integrate print machine software with client’s ERP systems. The print machine solutions are for document handling systems which control the flow of documents from design to printing. Travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accept ownership & responsibility for the successful completion of projects within target deadlines
  • Communicates well with customers face to face, over the phone, and in writing
  • Prepare software for installation including coding, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, training and follow-up support

Field Trainer - Mailing Systems

GENERAL SUMMARY

The mailing systems business line is the largest single business line for Neopost . In order to continue to promote this evolving and growing product line, we are creating a field sales trainer position reporting to the Mailing Systems Product Marketing Director. The Field trainer will be responsible for increasing the field sales understanding of the mailing line and promoting the business line in all our sales channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct on-site and on the field product and sales training for sales representatives.
  • Support and promote product launches and marketing programs to the sales teams
  • Provide periodic product and sales strategy webinars to the sales teams
  • Assist the Sales Training team in creation of product sales training modules
  • Partner with Sales Operations in the creation of sales tools
  • Ensure awareness and effective use of current sales tools and marketing collateral to sales teams
  • Address field questions regarding products and sales strategy
  • Share and publish best practices
  • Requires at least 50% travel

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Government Accounts Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

This is a senior level “DIRECT” sales position responsible for developing Public Sector Revenues thru Federal, State, Municipal, selected Non Profits and public education organizations as part of the National and Government Account team (NAGA). The candidate will work directly with a select group of distribution entities including Neopost Direct Branch Operations, Company Owned Dealers and Hasler & Neopost dealers in their assigned geography by developing effective sales strategies, and leading the execution of the strategy to expand current government contracts, establish new contracts and close new business solution revenue opportunities that represent high value and revenue growth for Neopost USA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and execute sales and pursuit strategies and processes designed specifically to penetrate Public Sector prospects within an assigned geography
  • Conduct extensive research to identify public sector opportunities thru the web and various public information sites then sharing the work product with the assigned channel partners and creating prospect development plans
  • Proactively establish “Executive” level discussions and relationships within federal & state government and large public sector customers and Neopost USA personnel
  • Regular and consistent field presence, making high level sales calls and leading by example

Oracle Applications Database Administrator

GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the overall, maintenance, performance and system integrity of the Oracle Databases. Provides application level, administrative, and logistical support for Oracle ERP Applications, with an emphasis on Oracle Financials, and Oracle RDBMS Database or other Relational Database Management Systems as necessary. Collects data and assists in the creation of the preliminary logical database architectures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, operate and manage Oracle databases and related systems in support of production business applications and systems development work.
  • Work closely with the UNIX Systems Administration team to design and operate an optimal hardware infrastructure for database systems.
  • Analyze and resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other RDBMS-related issues
  • Support Database and Application level Customization and help developer in tuning of custom code.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or computer technology) and a minimum of 6 - 8 years related experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience as an Oracle DBA.
  • A minimum 5-7 years experience as an applications administrator of Oracle ERP Application 11i or higher.
  • Strong Oracle ERP Financials experience, preferably R11
  • Excellent Knowledge of Windows / Linux / Unix Operating systems (OS).
  • Knowledge of Unix shell and Perl scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of 10g RAC & ERP APPS R11 is preferable.
  • OS and Hardware Troubleshooting skills
  • Patch management experience
  • Must maintain leading edge changes in the technology arena

  • Project management skills

Sales Administration Specialist

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible supporting field sales and administration in both CRM software applications and sales process activities. This position requires a team player, goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment. The role provides assistance to the sales organization in troubleshooting and tracking issues. Collaborate with the CRM team in the requirements and enhancements for the Sales organization. Lead the testing of software releases, quarterly promotions and new product announcements.

This position will assist and guide the branch sales administrators on sales order processing, systems and procedures. Work closely with cross-functional teams (order administration, CRM team, and finance) to resolve issues related to order completion and accuracy. In addition, this position will assist with preparation of reports as needed for management reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary contact for Sales and Administrators in resolving issues related to CRM processes, functionality and order processing. Managing assigned escalated issues and take action to resolve issues independently.
  • Advocate sales objectives horizontally within the organization (i.e., work with various departments, Finance, Marketing, Order Care, etc.) to ensure sales is supported from deal inception to revenue recognition.
  • Lead testing of software enhancements, product updates and promotions as needed, including reporting of bugs/errors.
  • Ensure the system design of our CRM system for quotes and orders supports the ability to accurately process as many orders without manual intervention.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales specifically orders and processing.
  • Develop or enhance test scripts and user scenarios to ensure thorough and detailed testing for all identified users (i.e., managers, reps, specialists, etc.)
  • Support in set-up of new users, territory changes and realignments in ACEcrm working with Application Administration team to ensure changes are accurate and implemented in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with core ACEcrm team in resolving simple to advanced technical issues by coordinating detailed and informative responses to inquiries, as well as process improvements and training needs.
  • Collaborate with other project team members and field sales appointed leads to support CRM solution and user adoption.
  • Proactively report multiple issues to ACEcrm team and provide guidance in communication, changes and/or modifications as necessary.
  • Assist in the distribution of order communications with field sales locations (i.e., hold out reporting, credit reports, order alerts, etc.)
  • Provide guidance to field administrators that support sales and customers to increase sales volume.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree – general business
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge and previous experience using and/or programming CRM systems, Siebel experience strong preferred, minimum 2 years experience with CRM or SFA tools

Sales Support Associate

GENERAL SUMMARY

In this role, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales support across all sales distribution channels. As a key member of the Sales Administration team, you will support all sales channels (i.e., direct sales, dealers, and specialized sales groups) in the preparation and distribution of materials.

This detail oriented role requires experience in sales support, contract administration and business reporting. Establishing, building and strengthening relationships with senior Sales leadership is essential in ensuring ongoing business needs are met, priorities are aligned and issues/opportunities are addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The Sales Support Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues to ensure smooth transition of changes, updates or process changes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key Territory Management contact for all sales channels, coordinating additions, changes and terminations. Responsible for resolving territory conflicts and issues for all sales channels. Support in the set-up of new user set-ups, changes or realignments.
  • Participate in the dealer contract process for changes, terminations or newly created contracts while working closely with various internal groups to ensure accurate, efficient and smooth transition of contract changes. Manage the contract administration process (scanning, saving, contract databases, signatures, mailings, etc).
  • Facilitate inter-department, internal communications including contact list updates and office locations updates for sales distribution locations.
  • Provide accurate and timely performance management information (financial and non-financial) on key programs such as discount level usage, incentive programs, competitive growth and take-away
  • Sales support to Sales management including managing files, incentive paperwork, tracking of programs and creating and maintaining sales organization charts and territory maps and alignment utilizing Excel and other database programs.
  • Responsible for sales meeting coordination and planning as necessary.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for business operational reviews with sales channels and executive management team.

  • Assists in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison between sales management and the order processing department

Senior Sales Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Sales Analyst will be responsible for defining and measuring sales and business processes and improving sales and business effectiveness through the development and implementation of metrics, dashboards, functional process enhancements, and automated tools. This includes analyzing data along with providing business improvement recommendations.

As the sole analyst on the Sales Administration team we will rely heavily on your previous experience in sales analysis, Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of CRM’s such as Siebel or Salesforce.com. You will find your solid written and verbal communication skills essential while collaborating with Finance, Sales and levels of executive management to find solutions to challenging issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources, including a variety of system generated and ad hoc reports; partner with management to communicate observations, issues, and trends impacting the sales organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and pipeline data against forecasts and quotas.
  • Design, create and maintain "Dashboards", views and customs reports for the sales team using our CRM software.
  • Assist with reviewing, recommending, and implementing the development of new policies, procedures and productivity initiatives to help drive selling behavior, streamline sales processes, improve analytical capabilities and make business intelligence available to sales force.
  • Take ownership in compiling sales related data and analyzing sales year-to-date performance by producing sales ranking reports, booking trends and a wide variety of ad hoc reports.
  • Generate a series of recurring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance reports.
  • Track and report sales and business metrics and results against sales targets/goals, using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for use by Senior Management.

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, which may be well defined or posed more generally as a question, by gathering, manipulating, and analyzing data.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)
